From Us to You
Because each item is custom hand-made, production and delivery times vary. The order in front of yours could affect production times as well.
Shipping estimates vary based on the following:
- Size of order
- Difficulty of order
- Delivery locations
- Fabric stock status
Every product is custom made, and can not be pulled off the shelf as orders come in. Because we take pride in our products and make them with quality craftsmanship, all orders must go through a process before production can even begin.
The general process for producing an order is as follows:
- Order is received
- Order is submitted into our production system
- Items on order are checked and verified on material usage
- Order enters production
- Order gets completed and moved to shipping department
- Order is shipped out to you
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs to all states except California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada are 15% of the order's subtotal.
California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada are 17% of the orders's subtotal.
